Registrations are now closed

The registration fee covers conference attendance, coffee breaks and lunches on conference days, the social dinner (if included in the fee option), and the social tour (if selected on the registration form).
Please note that any other expenses, such as travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the participants.

Registration fees

Each short paper presented at the conference must be associated with a full registration of one of the paper's co-authors.
Onsite registrations will not be possible.

Early-bird registration fees (before July 15th)

  • Full registration: 450 euros (including the social dinner)
  • Student/Retired academic registration*: 300 euros (not including the social dinner)
  • Student/Retired academic registration* + social dinner: 370 euros (including the social dinner)

Late registration fees (between July 16th and July 30th)

  • Full registration: 550 euros (including the social dinner)
  • Student/Retired academic registration*: 400 euros (not including the social dinner)
  • Student/Retired academic registration* + social dinner: 470 euros (including the social dinner)

RSG-Italy Young Symposium abstract presenters should register according to their academic position.
* Students and retired academics will have to provide proof of their status upon registration (e.g., enrollment certificate, or unemployement declaration)
An invitation letter for VISA can be provided upon request to the General Chairs at cibb2023@dei.unipd.it.

Social dinner

The social dinner will take place on September 7th 2023 at Caffè Pedrocchi, the oldest and most famous historical café in the city centre of Padova.
